If for any reason you are not satisfied with our grooming services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund or a complimentary re-grooming session. We want all of our clients to leave happy and confident in the care their dogs received. If you feel that the service did not meet the agreed expectations, please reach out to us directly so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
